Reporting a problem

The app sends no crash reports, so a problem you hit is invisible to us unless you describe it. What helps most:

• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• Which puzzle — the date for a Daily Wend, or the expedition and camp.
• Your device and OS version, and whether it was the app or the website.
• A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see.

About your game records

Your progress lives on your device, not on our servers. WordWend has no accounts, and the identifier attached to gameplay is random and never shown to you — so we have no way to find your game from an email address. That means we cannot restore progress that a device has lost, and cannot look up your streak or your times. It is the same design the privacy policy describes: the less we hold, the less there is to lose.

Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your device.
